  2. This Policy applies to all users who access or use the Services directly or on behalf of a customer (“you”, “your”). The Services are operated by Sentry IMS Inc.
  3. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
  4. By accepting this Policy, you also agree to Sentry IMS’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Fee Schedule / Pricing & Fees Policy, and other applicable policies published under the Legal section of the website.

2. Acceptable Use

  1. Causing damage to the Services or impairing availability or performance.
  2. Any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  3. Transmitting or storing Content that violates this Policy or applicable law.
  4. Abusive or unethical behavior toward staff, clients, users, or partners.

3. Prohibited Content

  1. Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, misleading, or violates confidentiality or data protection laws.
  2. Storage of sensitive payment card data or government-issued identification numbers is strictly prohibited.

Sentry IMS does not monitor or validate user-generated Content, including outputs generated by AI-powered tools such as SENIA. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and validating such Content.

  2. Hate speech, discrimination, or deceptive practices.

7. Spam, Marketing, and Solicitation

  3. Harvesting personal data without consent.
  4. All campaigns must comply with consent and privacy laws.

8. Gambling and Restricted Activities

The Services may not be used to facilitate gambling or similar activities without legal authorization and written approval from Sentry IMS.

9. System Security and Monitoring

  1. Monitoring usage for compliance and performance.

10. Malware and Harmful Code

  1. Uploading or transmitting malicious code.
  2. Any content that compromises devices or networks.

Sentry IMS may update this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Usage limits, credit consumption rules, and service equivalencies are governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions.
